In our second and final class in our online program, we'll be going over freestyle concepts, applied structure ideas, progression tips, and much more. I hope through these LIVE classes we develop a connection and strong foundation for your shuffling.

Each of these (2) 1.5 hour workshops include....
- (15 min) stretch and dynamic warm up
- (45 min) lesson plans, concepts, class material
- (30 min) review and Q&A
-breakdown of the fundamentals that are easy to understand and applicable right away
-my main advice and tips to achieve clean, safe shuffling
-freestyle and flow tips so you can create your own ideas
-encouragment and community to keep your dance going
