About the event
Hey y'all, here's a brief explanation of what class is going to be like. :)
This class is perfect for (all-levels) and definitely suitable for beginners because we will be reviewing fundamentals and technique throughout! In this class, I'll be starting us off with a dynamic stretch + warm-up, before going into technical drilling of rock patterns & combos, before ending with a closeout session with everyone to chill.
