About the event
This class is perfect for you if you’ve taken 1-3 classes with me before and you have a general understanding of shuffle fundamentals and slight transitions - this class is the next progression step! This class can also be ALL-LEVELS since any skill leveled shuffler can benefit from this class given the topics we’re going to discuss✨
▪️Learning how to freestyle, or better yet, feeling EMPOWERED & encouraged to freestyle is a very important step for you and your dance.
▪️General topics we’ll discuss in class- symmetry in shuffling, momentum, emotional healing and use, character embodiment, and some of my top tips that help me connect the dots when I’m flowing💡
▪️This class will be heavy on strategy & tips so feel free to take notes! ✍🏽
